How Train.Coach Works

Lessons are the core unit of content on Train.Coach.

• One lesson = one drill, technique, or workout
• Includes video, image, and written explanation
• Can be free or premium
• Created and uploaded by vetted creators

Modules are structured learning blocks made up of lessons.

• Think of a module like a training plan or course
• Designed by creators to teach progressions and themes (e.g., "Defensive Footwork" or "No-Gi Basics")
• Can be purchased as a full package or accessed via subscription (if available)

Challenges are goal-based programs to stay consistent and motivated.

• Created by coaches or creators
• Daily/weekly tasks you can mark complete
• Some include videos, polls, or checklists
• Can be used for camps, clinics, or off-season motivation

Playlists are custom collections of lessons.

• Built by users for personal training plans
• Drag and drop any lesson into a playlist
• Shareable with friends or teams (feature coming soon)

If you're a creator, your dashboard gives you:

• Content uploader (video, image, lesson info)
• Module builder and lesson organizer
• Pricing control (free, individual lesson, or module-based)
• Analytics (views, sales, watch time)
• Profile management (bio, sports, avatar, social links)

Train.Coach is multi-sport and always growing.

• If you don't see your sport listed, use the Request a Sport link
• Our team will review and prioritize based on demand
• You can also apply to be the first creator for a new sport

• All users can access free content
• Upgrading or purchasing content unlocks full modules or premium lessons
• Profiles are private by default (unless you're a creator)
• Creators have public profiles at train.coach/username

• Purchases are powered by Stripe
• Buy once or subscribe to access premium content
• Creators get paid directly
• Your payment info is secure and never stored by Train.Coach
